Our Senior Project Architect will take a leadership role in managing architectural projects and guiding design teams to achieve high-quality results. This position requires advanced expertise in architectural design and project management, along with strong client relationship skills.

Duties and responsibilities 

  • Project Leadership: Lead architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals, budget constraints, and timelines. 
  • Design Oversight: Develop and refine architectural designs, providing creative and innovative solutions that meet project objectives. 
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor project architects and design teams, fostering professional growth and collaboration. 
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and managing client expectations throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all project documentation adheres to quality standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements. 
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring projects remain financially viable. 
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and consultants, to ensure integrated and efficient project delivery. 

Requirements and Skills 

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. 
  • Licensure: Active Architect license in the relevant state(s). 
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. 
  • Skills: 
    • Advanced proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit). 
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively. 
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
