For the Smithfield Police Department, we designed a 3,500 SF addition to the existing Police Station on Fifth Street in Smithfield, NC. There will be a renovation of the existing building as well as a reworking of the existing locker rooms to allow expansion into the new addition. We will also be renovating parts of the existing building for new lights, ADA restrooms, and finishes throughout. Another service we provide will be working to expand public and private parking.
