We helped Flowserve evaluate their 1969 50,000 SF office to determine a renovation strategy and bring 13 departments together that had been scattered throughout their facility in Raleigh. Once we completed the study/design concept, with a phasing plan to minimize disruption to their operations, we then looked at a new building to accomplish the same goals.
