Brother’s Cleaners

About the Project

In late 2015, the Brother’s Cleaners Headquarters suffered an equipment fire. This was a Design/Build with Gregory Development. The main building needed to be replaced, while utilizing the original slab and footings for the new structural layout. It also needed to tie into an adjacent building that was not affected by the fire. Vertical circulation also was addressed to meet current code.

We worked to create a more contemporary look for the facility while maintaining a functional building to meet their previous and current needs. We tied the roof into the existing building that remained to resolve a chronic roof leaking issue. This fast-track project was completed in October of 2016, less than a year after the fire.
